This was stated by Swedish Ambassador Anna\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">J<\/span>ardfelt at a meeting of the UN Human Rights Council.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cAll commanders, perpetrators and accomplices of war crimes and other most serious crimes, as well as persons who violate international law, in particular international human rights law and international humanitarian law, will be held accountable. We welcome the launch of an investigation by the ISS Prosecutor into the situation in Ukraine following a request from the ISS Member States, including all EU Member States\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">J<\/span>ardfelt said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We remind you<\/span>\u00a0that on March 10,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2021\">2021<\/span>, in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation detained a citizen of Ukraine Vladislav\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Ye<\/span>s<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>penko for collecting information in the interests of the special services of Ukraine. Thus, he received the first testimony.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On April 29, in the occupied Crimea, in the village of Vlad<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>slav<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>vka near Feodos<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ia, Russian security forces searched the house of civi<span lang=\"EN-US\">c<\/span>\u00a0journalist Ir<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>na Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch, after which the woman was detained.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On March 22, Ir<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>na Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch went on a dry hunger strike until she was provided with normal medical treatment or until her death. She took this step in protest against the bullying of her by the administration of the pre-trial detention center because of the failure to provide medical assistance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On September 3-4, in the occupied Crimea, the houses of the Crimean Tatars Eldar Odamanov, Aziz Akhtemov, Shevket Useinov, Asan Akhtemov and Nariman Dzhe<span lang=\"EN-US\">lyalov<\/span>\u00a0were searched.
