That is, for non-compliance with this document, the states do not bear any legal responsibility. However, this in no way diminishes the significance of the resolution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">First of all, the adoption of this document in\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2014\">2014<\/span>\u00a0testified to the clear and firm position of the world community regarding the illegal attempt to annex Crimea by the Russian Federation. The first resolution, like all subsequent ones, states that Crimea is Ukraine, the Ukrainian peninsula is a temporarily occupied territory, and Russia is an occupying state.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">It should be noted that since\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2014\">2014<\/span>, in addition to the Resolution in support of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, 7 more resolutions of the UN General Assembly The situation with human rights in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Ukraine and 5 resolutions of the UN General Assembly The problem of militarization of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Ukraine, as well as parts of the Black and Azov Seas.
