She took this step in protest against the bullying of her by the administration of the pre-trial detention center because of the failure to provide medical assistance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">It is known that during the transportation of Irina to the Feodosi<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>a City Court, she lost consciousness. The journalist&#8217;s father, Bronislav Danylovych, said that the prisoner&#8217;s health continues to deteriorate, and that Danylovych personally asked to postpone the date of the trial because she often loses coordination and is close to fainting, and also suffers from acute otitis media. For 4 months, Irina Danylovych was unable to obtain the necessary medical assistance from the administration of the Russian pre-trial detention center. The journalist also notes that she suffered a microstroke in prison.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cIgnoring my illness, constant transportation from Simferopol to Feodosi<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>a, failure to provide medical assistance are inhumane, this is contrary to all the principles of humanity and can be equated with torture! I demand to stop bullying me and declare a dry hunger strike\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0Iryna Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch notes in her statement.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/lyst.jpeg\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Despite the serious condition of the journalist, the pre-trial detention center prepared the documents in such a way that there were no obstacles to transfer. According to the father, the last examination was of a demonstratively formal nature, after which the doctor said that the journalist should have been sent to a psychiatrist, not an ENT, without forming any diagnosis. It is also known that the ambulance doctor denied the defendant when she was ill, and lied about the fact that Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch voluntarily refused hospitalization, why there is no evidence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia did not comment on the statements of Danylovych and his family.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The journalist was suspected of illegal actions with explosives or explosive devices (part 1 of article 222.1 of the Russian Criminal Code).
