The second suspect confirmed his intentions of confidential cooperation with the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine in a telephone conversation, but did not have time to transfer the data due to circumstances beyond his control\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span>the report says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The FSB added that the investigative department opened criminal cases under Art. 275.1 Cooperation on a confidential basis with a foreign state and Art. 275 Treason of the Criminal Code of Russia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Both men have already chosen a measure of restraint in the form of detention for two months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday, February 27, the FSB announced the arrest of two Sevastopol residents who were allegedly recruited by the Ukrainian special services as pointers at military facilities.
