On the fact of the disappearance, criminal cases were opened, both in the occupied Crimea and in mainland Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The so-called Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). Eight years ago, on May 30, 2014, an activist of the Ukrainian House Seyran Zinedinov disappeared in the occupied Crimea. His whereabouts are still unknown.
