Kotov, appeared before the court\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">as well as<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">p<\/span>rivate Kotov E.V. They were convicted under the criminal article Non-execution of an order. It is noted that the cousins agreed in advance not to obey the order to defend the taken lines.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">cousins<\/span>s admitted their guilt in part. By decision of the court, senior warrant officer Kotov was stripped of his rank and received 3.5 years in prison with a sentence to be served in a general regime correctional colony.
