Lawyers also worked on updating the questionnaire itself to document war crimes and human rights violations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Lawyers paid attention to the issue of the Deportation of the Crimean Tatar people in\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"1944\">1944<\/span>, namely, the situation with the continuation of investigative processes, since since December\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2015\">2015<\/span>\u00a0criminal proceedings have been opened to investigate the deportation as an act of genocide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">In addition, due to the increase in detentions and arrests of people in the case of the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion, the experts discussed how to provide legal assistance for a possible exchange.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Thursday, February 2, in the office of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center a meeting of the Legal Expert Council of the CTRC was held.
