This is stated in the analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Crimeans were detained:<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">on the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0case<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">in the case of Jehovah&#8217;s Witnesses<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Public actions aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Organization of mass simultaneous stay of citizens in public places)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (State betrayal)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Public calls for terrorist activities)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. 205 (Preparation for an act of terrorism)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. Criminal Code Article 282 (Violation of hatred or enmity)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of explosives or explosive devices)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. 280.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Public calls for extremist activity)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Art. 208 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Financing of a terrorist organization)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">under Art. 208 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Attempt to participate in an illegal armed formation)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Mass detentions were also recorded, when activists were detained for coming to support their compatriots at the court building.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We remind you<\/span>\u00a0that earlier the Crimean Tatar Resource Center presented an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2022\">2022<\/span>. According to the organization, during the reporting period, 121 detentions, 193 arrests, 137 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations were recorded. 329 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. There are 36 known cases of violation of the right to a high attainable standard of physical and mental health.
