January 17, 2023)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u0410<\/span>\u00a0resident of Sevastopol ( January 25,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2023\">2023<\/span>\u00a0)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">During the period of a full-scale war in Ukraine, we recorded 15 arrests of Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians in the territory of the occupied Kherson region:<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On March 4, a resident of the village\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">of\u00a0<\/span>Rykov<span lang=\"EN-US\">e<\/span>, Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0People<\/span>\u00a0Nasrull<span lang=\"EN-US\">a<\/span>\u00a0Seidal<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>iev<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0was arrested<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On March 31, Rustem\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>u<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>ur<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>k, a resident of Novo<span lang=\"EN-US\">o<\/span>leks<span lang=\"EN-US\">ii<\/span>vka, was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On April 9, a resident of Kherson was arrested in the village<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0of<\/span>\u00a0Kalanchak<span lang=\"EN-US\">, his name is<\/span>\u00a0Arsen Ibraimov<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On April 11, Artur Mametsha<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev, a resident of\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk, was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On April 14, Crimean Tatar Rustem Osmanov was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On May 20, Ruslan Abdurakhmanov, a resident of the village of Azovsk<span lang=\"EN-US\">e<\/span>, was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On May 25, a resident of the village\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">of Partyzanske\u00a0<\/span>of the\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk District<span lang=\"EN-US\">, his name is<\/span>\u00a0Aider Umerov<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On June 5, a resident of the Kherson region Memet Do<span lang=\"EN-US\">vh<\/span>opolov was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On June 18, a resident of the village of Novo<span lang=\"EN-US\">o<\/span>leks<span lang=\"EN-US\">ii<\/span>vka, Kherson region, Kost<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ant<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>n Tereshchenko<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On July 21, a resident of the village\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">of<\/span>\u00a0Salkov<span lang=\"EN-US\">e of the<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk district I<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>or Khalilov<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On July 22,\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">O<\/span>leks<span lang=\"EN-US\">ii<\/span>\u00a0K<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>sel<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ov, a resident of\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk, was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">In July, a resident of Novo<span lang=\"EN-US\">o<\/span>leks<span lang=\"EN-US\">ii<\/span>vka Ser<span lang=\"EN-US\">hii<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>udym was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On August 12, a resident of\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk, Crimean Tatar Akim\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>afarov was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">In August, two residents of the Kherson region, Crimean Tatars Khalil Ametov and Mamed Mustafa<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev, were arrested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">All these people are accused of participating in the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">Moreover, four Crimean Tatars who were detained after the start of a full-scale war have already received sentences:<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">Rustem Osmanov was sentenced to 6 years in prison<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">Ruslan Abdurakhmanov sentenced to 5 years in prison<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">Aider Umerov sentenced to 5 years in prison<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">Arsen Ibraimov sentenced to 10 years in prison<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We remind you<\/span>\u00a0that on June 1, the Supreme Court of Russia satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office for the recognition of the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion as a terrorist organization and the prohibition of his activities on the territory of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since\u00a02014, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center has recorded 23 detentions on charges of participation in the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion: 8 in the occupied Crimea, 15 in the occupied Kherson region after February 24,\u00a02022.
