By doing so, you are signing your own sentence!<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The CTRC warns the entire composition of the draft commission for the mobilization of citizens in Alushta:<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><strong>Ogneva Galina<\/strong> &#8211; chairman of the draft board;<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><strong>Kacharov Konstantin<\/strong> &#8211; Deputy Chairman &#8211; Conscription Commission;<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><strong>Kosenko Tatyana<\/strong> &#8211; secretary of the draft board;<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><strong>Gulakov Sergey<\/strong> &#8211; Chairman of the Autonomous non-profit organization of vocational education Alushta city &#8211; sports and technical club;<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><strong>Kupreychuk Yana<\/strong> &#8211; head of the department of educational and educational work and family forms of the education department of the administration of the city of Alushta of the Republic of Crimea;<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><strong>Sayapin Anton<\/strong> &#8211; an employee of the territorial office of the State Treasury Institution of the Republic of Crimea Public Employment Center in the city of Alushta of the Republic of Crimea;<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><strong>Khromchenko Oleg<\/strong> &#8211; senior inspector of the direction for the implementation of administrative supervision of the department of district police officers and juvenile affairs of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the city of Alushta;<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><strong>Yatsyshyn Oleksandr<\/strong>\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8211;<\/span>\u00a0doctor who directs the work of the commission for the medical examination of citizens subject to conscription for military service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">We remind you that the organization and participation in the implementation of the so-called mobilization on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea is a violation of international humanitarian law, namely Art. 51 of the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (IV Geneva Convention), as well as Art. 438 &#8220;Violation of the laws and customs of war&#8221; of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This war crime has no statute of limitations and responsibility for its commission will come sooner or later. Just as decades after the end of World War II, the Nazis were held accountable for their war crimes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Think!<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Soon Crimea, like Kherson, will be liberated and justice will be certainly restored.
