The unspoken policy of this colony is that until the moment of release, everyone is serving a long sentence in a\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">detention chamber<\/span>. Insha Allah, the term ends on April 17\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0said the man\u2019s wife, Zarina Dzhepparova.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The wife said that Arsen&#8217;s state of health had deteriorated significantly, but due to the holidays, medical assistance was not provided in a timely manner in full.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We remind you<\/span>\u00a0that Arsen Dzhepparov was detained on April 18,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2016\">2016<\/span>. He is accused of participating in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization. He was charged with Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of a terrorist organization and participation in it) and Art. 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Forcible seizure of power or forcible retention of power).
