He will spend the first 3 years in prison, and after his release from the colony, there will be a restriction of freedom of movement for 1 year and 6 months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The accusation of the Russian repressive machine has traditionally been based on fabricated evidence: the conclusions of biased experts who are completely dependent on the Russian occupiers, the testimony of Russian law enforcement officers, the testimony of hidden witnesses who were carefully instructed what exactly they needed, but immediately floated, when the lawyer asked them additional questions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The Crimean Tatar Resource Center considers another condemnation of the representative of the Crimean Tatar people Raif Fevziiev as a gross violation of international law prohibiting the application of occupational legislation in the occupied territories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">We consider this verdict illegal, politically motivated and criminal, adopted in order to break the unarmed resistance of the Crimean Tatar people to the occupation of Ukrainian territories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The Crimean Tatar Resource Center strongly protests and demands the immediate release of all political prisoners and the prosecution of Ukrainian citizens involved in the persecution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The infamous Southern District Military Court (Rostov-on-Don) on January 12,\u00a02023, announced another sentence to the imam, the Crimean Tatar Raif Fevziiev, who did not admit his guilt and denied all charges against him.
