The Committee of Ministers confirmed that it does not recognize the illegal annexation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol by the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is noted that during the period of temporary Russian occupation, the human rights situation in Crimea deteriorated significantly.
