Criminal cases have been initiated, detentions, searches and arrests are systematically carried out, people are forcibly disappearing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">In a particularly difficult situation was the indigenous Crimean Tatar people, subjected to repression. According to the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, for the entire period of the occupation of Crimea, the number of political prisoners and those prosecuted in criminal cases reached 266, 189 of which are representatives of the Crimean Tatar people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Russia, violating international law, continues to carry out mass repressions and put pressure on the Crimean Tatars and pro-Ukrainian activists on the territory of the Crimean peninsula. So, according to the CTRC, for&nbsp;<span data-ukrnet-code=\"20172022\">2017-2022<\/span>, the following was recorded on the peninsula:<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">371 searches (277 for Crimean Tatars)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><span data-ukrnet-code=\"1327\">1327<\/span>&nbsp;arrests (1091 against Crimean Tatars)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><span data-ukrnet-code=\"1270\">1270<\/span>&nbsp;interrogations (969 for Crimean Tatars)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><span data-ukrnet-code=\"1212\">1212<\/span>&nbsp;arrests (902 against Crimean Tatars)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><span data-ukrnet-code=\"2893\">2893<\/span>&nbsp;violations of the right to a fair trial (1798 against Crimean Tatars)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">531 violations of the right to health<span lang=\"EN-US\">care access<\/span>&nbsp;(342 for Crimean Tatars)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">307 transfer<span lang=\"EN-US\">ring<\/span>s (234 for Crimean Tatars).<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">In total, in&nbsp;<span data-ukrnet-code=\"20172022\">2017-2022<\/span>,&nbsp;<span data-ukrnet-code=\"7911\">7911<\/span>&nbsp;violations of fundamental human rights were recorded in the occupied Crimea,&nbsp;<span data-ukrnet-code=\"5613\">5613<\/span>&nbsp;&#8211; against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">The Crimean Tatar Resource Center wants to remind the Ukrainian society about the occupation of Crimea, about the human rights violations on the peninsula carried out by the occupants, about the systemic repressions of the Russian Federation against the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar peoples, and that after nine years the situation is only getting worse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Moreover, this practice extends to the newly occupied territories of Ukraine &#8211; Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, where the occupiers are trying to intimidate people in the same way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 15.6933px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">We remind you that the Crimean Tatar Resource Center not only records human rights violations, but also systematically informs the international community about the crimes of the Russian Federation in the occupied territories of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
