Given the presence of terrorist threats, citizens are advised to pay attention to the following while being on the street, in crowded places and in public transport:<\/p>\n
– persons dressed out of season, the presence of any item resembling a weapon, an improvised explosive device;<\/p>\n
– manifestation by individuals of increased nervousness, a tense state, the desire to avoid meeting with law enforcement officers;<\/p>\n
– abandoned cars and ownerless items (bags, bags, backpacks, suitcases, packages), which may contain explosives and improvised explosive devices;<\/p>\n
– immediately report all suspicious situations to law enforcement officers, provide them with the necessary assistance;<\/p>\n
– treat with understanding the conduct of inspection activities by law enforcement agencies and restrictions on movement along certain streets and highways;<\/p>\n
– do not accept packages, boxes, bags, backpacks, suitcases and other items from strangers for temporary storage and transportation;<\/p>\n
– do not touch, open or move abandoned items. Explain to others, especially the elderly and children, that any object found on the street or in the entrance can be life-threatening;<\/p>\n
– follow the news transmitted on the Internet, on the official websites of state bodies. Pay special attention to announcements of authorities and local self-government;<\/p>\n
– to refrain, if possible, from visiting places of mass stay of people;<\/p>\n
– when on the street or in public transport, always have identification documents with you, provide them for verification at the first request of law enforcement officers;<\/p>\n
– when visiting shopping centers, railway stations, airports, etc. pay attention to the location of emergency exits and signs of evacuation routes in case of fire;<\/p>\n
– refrain from moving with bulky bags, backpacks, suitcases;<\/p>\n
– agree with their relatives on actions in case of an emergency, determine meeting points with them, make sure they have the necessary contact information and emergency numbers.<\/p>\n
ATTENTION: Terrorists can use ordinary household items to disguise explosive devices: boxes, bags, briefcases, cigarette packs, tablets, mobile phones, toys. Explain this to your children, relatives and friends.<\/p>\n
In cases of detection of explosive devices and suspicious objects, it is necessary to:<\/p>\n
– immediately report the detected suspicious object to the duty services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Security Service, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the operational duty officer of the administration of the municipality;<\/p>\n
– exclude the use of radio communications, mobile phones that can trigger a radio fuse;<\/p>\n
– do not approach the discovered object, do not touch it with your hands and do not let other people near it;<\/p>\n
– wait for the arrival of representatives of law enforcement agencies;<\/p>\n
– indicate the location of the suspicious item.<\/p>\n
