According to the Crimean Solidarity public association activists, Russian police officers detained three civic journalists – Ali Suleymanov, Amar Abdulgaziev and Rustem Useinov, who arrived at the courthouse. The security forces tried to take away video equipment from journalists, and also refused to let them into the courtroom.<\/p>\n
Later, all journalists were released without drawing up an administrative protocol. At the same time, they were held for about 2 hours and the occupants tried to take samples of their fingerprints and DNA.<\/p>\n
We remind you that on July 7, Russian security forces conducted mass searches in the dwellings of the Crimean Tatars in the Bakhchysarai, Krasnohvardiiske and Simferopol districts of the occupied Crimea. Seven people were detained. All were taken to the FSB headquarters in Simferopol. On July 7, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol sent Oleksandr Syzykov, a disabled individual of the first group, under house arrest.
