“It is not Russia that has anything to demand from Ukraine and the West. The Russian Federation is not a mediator, but an aggressor, an occupier. It is the West and Ukraine that must demand from the Russian Federation to fulfill the requirements of international agreements and the so-called Minsk memorandum. First of all – the unconditional release of all Crimean prisoners of the Kremlin and other persons deprived of their freedom, in particular – prisoners of war.
