The man is suspected of committing sabotage. The occupants claim that he was involved in the explosion in Perevalne. But later he was released.&nbsp;As it turned out, Nariman was&nbsp;electrocuted.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;Unfortunately, this is not the first or the last such case. At least the Crimean Tatar Resource Center is aware of 15 such cases. This practice is typical&rdquo;,-&nbsp;Bariiev said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the CTRC, torture was applied to: Raim Ayvazov, Ervin Ibragimov, Renat Paralamov, Vladyslav&nbsp;Yesypenko, Server Rasylchak,&nbsp;Oleksandr&nbsp;Steshenko, Akhtem Mustafayev,&nbsp;Yevhen&nbsp;Panov,&nbsp;Oleksii&nbsp;Shostakovych,&nbsp;Remzi&nbsp;Bekirov,&nbsp;Osman&nbsp;Arifmemetov,&nbsp;Vladlen&nbsp;Abdulkadyrov,&nbsp;Abdulla&nbsp;Ibrahimov,&nbsp;Fakhri&nbsp;Muratov, Nabi Rakhimov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The&nbsp;occupants imitated executions, threatened with death,&nbsp;electrocuted, beaten, strangled with bags, put bags on their heads, moreover, a case of murder was even recorded.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;What to do?
