“The law will need to be finalized. How? After the law is signed by the President of Ukraine, it will enter into legal force. Then it will be necessary to prescribe regulations that will deal with a number of issues. For example, the Mejlis and Qurultay are the official representative bodies of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. But so far, de facto they are recognized by both foreign diplomatic structures and the official authorities of Ukraine, but de jure they do not exist in public law”,- he explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
