I emphasize that such actions are in direct violation of Article 3 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, paragraph 22 of the Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners approved by the UN Economic and Social Council&rdquo;,-&nbsp;she said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Denisova appealed to the Ombudswoman for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, with a demand to take urgent measures to restore the violated rights of Zekirya Muratov &#8211; to provide access to medical services, namely, to conduct a full qualified medical examination and provide an appropriate complex of treatment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We remind that on&nbsp;July&nbsp;7, Russian security forces conducted mass searches in the dwellings of the Crimean Tatars in the Bakhchisaray, Krasnohvardiiske and Simferopol districts of the occupied Crimea. Seven people were detained. All were taken to the FSB headquarters in Simferopol. On&nbsp;July&nbsp;7, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol sent Oleksandr Syzykov, a disabled individual of the first group, under house arrest.
