He attended the courts, went out with&nbsp;solitary&nbsp;pickets. He considered it his own duty to support all those who were groundlessly accused and arrested. Literally a week before his arrest, returning from the city of Rostov-on-Don, where at that time a case was being considered on the merits of the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;first Simferopol group, he was already planning his next trip there. But this was not destined to happen, because on February 14,&nbsp;2019, he himself was arrested&rdquo;,-&nbsp;she said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The wife of political prisoner, noted that until now, at the trial, not a single proof of her husband&#39;s involvement in terrorist activities had been provided. The arguments referred to by the prosecution and which formed the basis of the verdict in the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;terrorism case are not weapons or explosives, not planning violent actions, not seizing power or overthrowing the constitutional order.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;The arguments that formed the basis of the sentence of 17 years of imprisonment are only conversations and&nbsp;discussions&nbsp;on religious and socio-political topics. Unfortunately, it is precisely so&nbsp;absurd and at the same time absolutely groundless and&nbsp;these&nbsp;false accusations,&nbsp;that&nbsp;are a&nbsp;lie, lead to&nbsp;unthinkable terms of imprisonment for such cases,&nbsp;for&nbsp;the so-called terrorism&rdquo;,-she stressed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emiruseinov&#39;s wife believes that the occupants are trying to silence the Crimean Tatar people and come to terms with all the arbitrariness, but on the other hand, &ldquo;we see dozens and dozens of people at the houses, in support of the families where searches are taking place. Hundreds and hundreds of those who are not indifferent at the court buildings.&nbsp;Overall, the consolidation and colossal solidarity of the people both with the political prisoners themselves and with their loved ones&nbsp;is very visible. The strategy of intimidating the people has shown its ineffectiveness&rdquo;,- said Aliie.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;The disagreement of the society with these groundless persecutions and false labels is clear evidence that the authorities are not persecuting terrorists!
