They also noted that the authorities of the Russian Federation in Crimea continued to restrict freedom of thought and expression, citing the example of the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;case of Bekir Mamutov, who was fined for mentioning the Mejlis in his newspaper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The HRMMU reported that it continued to receive reports of torture by law enforcement officials of the Russian Federation of persons in their custody. The document emphasized&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;case of Vladyslav&nbsp;Yosypenko.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;The HRMMU received information that FSB officers had electrocuted, beaten and sexually assaulted him as a method of torture in the basement of an unidentified building in order to force him to confess to cooperating with the Ukrainian special services.
