Only our relatives, friends and colleagues at work remember us. forgotten, because the problem of Crimea is not discussed either in the Normandy format&nbsp;nor in the Minsk&nbsp;negotiations&rdquo;,-&nbsp;the appeal said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bessarabov noted that all political prisoners, knowing about the preparations for the meetings of the President of Ukraine, and then the President of the United States with the Russian President, believe that the key topic should be the unconditional release of persons illegally detained by Russia in colonies on the territory of the Russian Federation and Crimea. This is not a question of politics, it is a question of restoring the minimum level of trust, honor and morality of the leaders of the nations of the 21st century.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We remind that on November 9, 2016, FSB officers detained Vladimir&nbsp;Dudka, Dmitriy Shtyblikov, Oleksiy Bessarabov and Gleb Shabliy in Sevastopol on suspicion of preparing a sabotage in Crimea (article 30 and paragraph a of part 2 of article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said that these repressive actions are being carried out for an external audience with an attempt to discredit Ukraine in the eyes of the international community, as well as for an internal Russian audience to convince that Ukrainians are allegedly dangerous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On May 18, 2017, Dmitriy Shtyblikov entered into a pre-trial agreement with the investigation, that is, he pleaded guilty. Not a single independent lawyer was allowed to see him.
