But during the occupation of Crimea, our organization recorded about 5,000 violations of individual human rights, and these are only those cases that we know about&rdquo;,-&nbsp;she explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Korotkykh noted that all these offenses will not be considered by an international tribunal or the UN CU. The responsibility to establish the truth and deliver justice lies with the national system, that is, with the state of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;And here we are back to transitional justice again. Unfortunately, the relevant law has not yet been adopted in Ukraine. We still do not know what the rules of the game will be after the de-occupation. If you look at international legal experience in this matter, then transitional justice has three main components: assessment of the situation, goal setting, development and implementation of mechanisms (both judicial and extrajudicial)&rdquo;,-&nbsp;the expert explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Liudmyla believes that the Ukrainian authorities need to take a
