The expert noted that the problem with drinking water in Crimea is related to the following three factors:<\/p>\n

– seasonal, temporary decrease in water content;<\/p>\n

– global climatic changes, changes in the moisture and precipitation regime;<\/p>\n

– redistribution of water in favor of the military-industrial complex of Crimea.<\/p>\n

“The Russian Federation is trying to solve this issue through drilling wells, desalting seawater, redistributing existing surface sources. This is all really ineffective, because such a number of people have never permanently lived in Crimea, large military exercises have not been conducted and there has not been such a powerful military-industrial complex. I believe that the problem lies solely in the policy of the occupation authorities, and not in the blocking of the North Crimean canal”,-  Yevhen  explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
