“Having shown their IDs, the unknown Russian officers demanded from Kyazim Amietov to go with them to the prosecutor’s office, because, they say, Kyazim Amietov violated the rules of conduct in the status of a suspended prisoner”,- the message said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It is noted that Kyazim Amietov called an officer of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation, with whom he is obliged to register every month. After this telephone conversation with the officer, the so-called policemen left.<\/p>\n

We remind that on November 23, 2017, Russian security forces detained a group of activists of the Crimean Tatar national movement – Bekir Dehermendzhi, Asan Chapukh, Ruslan Trubach, Kyazim Amietov and Vedzhiie Kashka. The latter became ill, an ambulance was called for her. On the way to the hospital, 82-year-old Vedzhiie Kashka died, while the other detainees were taken into custody and accused of allegedly extorting money from a Turkish citizen. During their detention, the individuals involved in the so-called Vedzhiie Kashka case were repeatedly violated the right to a fair trial and the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.<\/p>\n

In October 2018, a so-called court in Crimea sent a defendant in the so-called case Asan Chapukh under house arrest.<\/p>\n

On January 24, 2019, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol changed the measure of restraint for the defendants in the so-called Vedzhiie Kashka case Bekir Dehermendzhi, Kyazim Amietov and Ruslan Trubach to house arrest.<\/p>\n

On April 17, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol passed a verdict on the defendants in the so-called Vedzhie Kashka case. Bekir Dehermendzhi, Kyazim Amietov and Ruslan Trubach were sentenced to three years of probation with a probationary period of three years, Asan Chapukh was sentenced to three and a half years probation, also with a probationary period of three years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
