"The Belogorsk District Court closed the case against Irfan Bekirov, who was accused of an administrative offense under Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence). The closure occurred because the term of this case has come to an end", the message says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
