Bariiev also said that within the framework of the draft law On transitional justice proposed by the Verkhovna Rada, the very concept of collaboration has disappeared. He explained that now it is proposed to recognize the agreements and treaties that were concluded during the occupation and further residence of people who settled on the peninsula during the occupation is allowed. In this context, the CTRC experts have developed a methodology for assessing collaboration.<\/p>\n
\n“I know that some of our compatriots, having seen the press conference, may begin to treat this issue inadequately. Therefore, I will explain. Collaboration at the moment exists for everyone. We must clearly understand who, carrying out collaboration, commits crimes, and who, on the contrary, can benefit our citizens, such as doctors.
