“I cannot say that the activities of the TV channel are impeded in Ukraine, but, on the other hand, there are simply no favorable conditions for the world's only Crimean Tatar TV channel to work freely and be the primary source of real information in the occupied Crimea”,- he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Bariiev stressed that from year to year he has to return to this problem. According to him, the problem itself lies in the fact that the envisaged financing of the ATR is constantly shifting from one central executive body to another.<\/p>\n

“At first it was the Ministry of Social Policy, then the Ministry of Culture, then the Ministry of Reintegration, etc. We see how each ministry is trying to get rid of this problem. The problem is not being solved. We must clearly understand that the reason for this situation is Ukrainian legislation.
