“Everyone will have the opportunity to freely make a decision. If they want to legally live on the territory of Ukraine, they can obtain the status of foreign citizens, take Ukrainian citizenship or live as stateless persons. Or, these people can make another decision – to return to their historical homeland”,- he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
