“From the very beginning of the establishment of the checkpoints, each checkpoint lived its own life, because each checkpoint belonged to the management of various structures. Because of this, difficulties arose with their technical arrangement, creating conditions for people crossing the line of contact in Donetsk and Lugansk and the administrative border with Crimea. There is no single standard and elementary conditions for ensuring simple human needs. Actually, this has also caused fair recommendations and wishes from international partners, humanitarian organizations, human rights defenders dealing with the issues of the occupied territories of Ukraine. In the end, it's time to put things in order in this matter”,-  Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Oleksii Reznikov said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
