“Due to the fact that recently the issue of restoring water supply to Crimea by Ukraine has received a wide response, I consider it necessary to amend the current legislation by imposing restrictions on water supply to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In particular, establishing restrictions on large-scale water supply to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, which can only be considered subject to the restoration of Ukraine's state sovereignty over the Crimean peninsula and the adjacent waters of the Black and Azov Seas”,- the explanatory note said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It is noted that the purpose of such a bill is to stop calls for the alleged need to restore large-scale water supply to the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and attempts to restore it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
