The meeting was held with the participation of Deputy Minister Roman Shakhmatenko, representatives of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, and specialists of the Central Information Center, subordinate to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the Kherson Regional State Administration and scientists.<\/p>\n

“I hope that our joint work will help law enforcement agencies to identify and calculate losses incurred during the illegal exploitation of natural resources in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. I would like to note that specialists and scientific institutions will provide analytical information on an ongoing basis, which will then be sent to the prosecutor's office for possible introduction to the materials of criminal proceedings, as well as expert examinations”,- Shakhmatenko said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The interlocutors also focused on the need to develop a joint methodology that will help to establish all the losses caused by the aggressor state.<\/p>\n
