He is a fictitious person&rdquo;,-&nbsp;the message said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the man has never lived&nbsp;on the territory of the Russian Federation, and the address at which he is allegedly registered has not existed since 1994. The SIM card was purchased a few days before the correspondence with an unknown person from Ukraine took place.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;The defense petitioned for a similar request for Oleh&nbsp;Prykhodko&#39;s number. The lawyers wanted to compare the data of Prykhodko&#39;s real number with the data of BQ found during the search. In their opinion, this would answer the question of where their client was at the time of correspondence. On October 10, a search was conducted in his dwelling, during which the man was detained. His wife Liubov&nbsp;Prykhodko&nbsp;was also detained. The activist is accused of &ldquo;terrorism&quot; and &ldquo;manufacture of explosives.&rdquo; The woman was detained as a witness, but later released. On October 10, the so-called Kyiv District Court arrested Oleg Prykhodko&nbsp;until December 10. Later&nbsp;Prykhodko&rsquo;s DNA samples were illegally taken. According to lawyer Nazim Sheikhmambetov, this was done for the purpose of falsifying evidence.
