Ihor Ponochovny held a working meeting with Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine Roman Shakhmatenko and Deputy Chairman of the State Ecological Inspectorate of Ukraine Viktor Kantsurak.<\/p>\n

It is noted that the participants in the meeting discussed issues of interaction and activation of joint work of law enforcement agencies of the autonomy and state regulatory bodies in the field of environmental protection.<\/p>\n

“Ihor Ponochovny focused on the need to develop a mechanism for monitoring offenses in this area, since the environmental situation in Crimea is deteriorating every year, and the use of the results of such monitoring will allow us to quickly respond to offenses committed in Crimea and ensure their effective investigation”,- the message said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
