Kuzmin said that the United States and European countries have been carrying out illegal unilateral sanctions since 2014, aimed specifically at infringing the interests of the Crimeans.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;I don&rsquo;t even want to talk about Ukraine. How did Kyiv&nbsp;show&nbsp;concern for the Crimeans? Let me remind you. In the winter of 2015, Kyiv stopped supplying electricity to 575 settlements in which almost half of the population of the peninsula lived.
