“The opening of the North Crimean Canal is unrealistic in principle. I will explain the reason. Firstly, the situation with Ukraine is so complicated and difficult that today it is not possible. There is not even anyone to discuss this issue with! Assuming hypothetically that this task will be solved then they will change the price of water three times a day. The second important issue is the quality of this water. It is no longer possible to open the floodgates and let it into Crimea. Colossal funds are needed to restore the canal. You cannot just let the water in, as everything will be soaked into the ground”,- he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
