Police officers are trying to detain a Crimean Tatar for organizing a mass event &#8211; this is a correspondent of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Crimean Solidarity&nbsp;public association&nbsp;and a journalist of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Grani.ru&nbsp;media agency.
