The sanction of this article provides for punishment from a fine of up to two hundred thousand rubles to imprisonment for up to two years&rdquo;,-&nbsp;the message said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is noted that for the entire period of the occupation of the peninsula, 145 criminal cases were initiated and transferred to the court against the Crimeans who wanted to avoid being drafted into the Russian army.
