“In the course of the pre-trial investigation, it was established that in February-March 2014 an official of the special services of the aggressor country, while on the territory of Ukraine, namely in Simferopol of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, acting by prior conspiracy with other representatives of the FSB and the Armed Forces of Russia, performed actions aimed at violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Thus, a pre-developed criminal plan for the occupation and subsequent annexation of the territory of the peninsula was implemented”,- the message said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
