“The materials of the criminal case against Medzhyt Ablyamitov have been sent for consideration to the Kirov District Court of Crimea. Medzhyt is accused of committing a crime under Part 2, Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – participation in the Noman Çelebicihan Battalion. Medzhyt believes that he has not done anything unlawful. At the stage of the preliminary investigation, the defense and Medzhyt announced after reading the case materials, the need to hold a preliminary hearing in the case, since there are many circumstances for the termination of the criminal prosecution of Ablyamitov”,- the message said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The lawyer noted that the preventive measure against the political prisoner expires on October 17, in connection with which the invaders will schedule the next hearing before that date.<\/p>\n
