"In her complaint, the defense attorney called such a decision formal, unmotivated and biased. In her opinion, it contains arguments that do not correspond to the actual circumstances of the case. In her complaint, Hemedzhi pointed to the provisions of Article 154, according to which the separation of a criminal case into a separate proceeding to complete preliminary investigations are allowed if this does not affect the comprehensiveness and objectivity of the preliminary investigation and the resolution of the criminal case, in cases when it is caused by a large volume of a criminal case or a plurality of its episodes”,- the message said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We remind that on March 27, 2019, Russian security forces in the occupied Crimea carried out mass searches in 26 Crimean Tatars' dwellings. Literature was seized from some activists, which, according to Crimean Solidarity, the security forces planted themselves. In addition to books and brochures, people were confiscated phones, tablets, laptops, passports. The servicemen behaved rudely.
