“As a rule, this method is used when it is necessary to receive precipitation in a certain season and period of time. In world practice, there are both positive and negative examples of the application of this method. However, this does not mean that this method should be rejected as such. It probably can be applied, but as an additional one and in combination with other methods and approaches in solving the water problem in the region”,- she said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
