A criminal case was opened against him under the article&nbsp;&ldquo;Public calls to carry out extremist activities.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On September 21, a Russian citizen born in 1992 was detained in Yevpatoria. The FSB claims that the man&nbsp;via&nbsp;social media expressed support for Ukrainian nationalist groups and threatened to blow up administrative buildings on the peninsula. He also distributed leaflets with extremist materials. Criminal proceedings were instituted against him under three articles at once.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;Components of explosives, items that look like firearms and ammunition, leaflets of extremist content, as well as other items testifying to the unlawful activities of the detainee, were found and seized from the detainee&rdquo;,-&nbsp;the department added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Russian-occupied Crimea, the FSB detained two people on suspicion of extremism.
