He stressed that there is no humanitarian crisis with water in Crimea. There is a crisis in the supply of water to military bases and heavy industry located in Crimea. People living in Crimea have access to water.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;And therefore, the repetition of the narrative about the humanitarian crisis is precisely the strengthening of such a Russian signal. Of course, if people begin to suffer, we will need to think about how we can help them. But, I want to emphasize very clearly that, according to international law,&nbsp;the occupying state has&nbsp;full responsibility&nbsp;for the situation. Period. And therefore we are absolutely confident and calm say that the restoration of water supply to Crimea is possible only in the context of the de-occupation of the peninsula&rdquo;,-&nbsp;he
