Accordingly, Ruslan Emirvaliiev cannot be a founding member&nbsp;of a religious organization,&rdquo;,-&nbsp;the message says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is noted that the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;Ministry of Justice in its warning obliges this religious organization to exclude Ruslan Emirvaliiev from its membership, setting deadlines until September 30, 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We remind&nbsp;that on May 28, the&nbsp;so-called&nbsp;court of the occupied Crimea fined the acting chairman of the local Muslim religious community&nbsp;&ldquo;Alushta&rdquo;&nbsp;Ruslan Emirvaliev 1,000 rubles for posting on a page in the VK social network&nbsp;in 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The so-called
