On October 2, the Southern District Military Court sentenced the journalist to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a penal colony, and also banned his administration of the websites for two years. For two years now, Memediminov has been illegally detained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to his wife, the search was carried out in a harsh manner, security officials broke down the front door and used obscene words. The man himself was detained on suspicion of public calls for terrorist activities. In relation to Nariman Memediminov, the right to a fair trial was repeatedly violated, in particular, the period of detention&nbsp;was regularly extended&nbsp;and rejected appeals. The right to the&nbsp;healthcare access&nbsp;was also violated. On September 27, in the North Caucasus District Military Court, the&nbsp;&ldquo;prosecutor&rdquo;&nbsp;demanded&nbsp;to sentence&nbsp;the civil journalist Nariman Memediminov to six years in prison.
