Zamlynsky stressed that the rapid introduction of restrictions on the instructions of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky dated August 8 is due solely to the government's concern for the health of Ukrainian citizens.<\/p>\n

“When the situation with the epidemic changes almost every hour, it is necessary to make prompt decisions. Even if someone does not like them, we must think about all citizens of Ukraine. Secondly, the order provides for humanitarian exceptions”,- he explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
