Who, in the end, lacks water on the territory of the annexed Crimea: the people or the occupation authorities?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;As for violations of the provisions of international law, of which the European Union once again accuses us, we are observing them precisely from the side of the Kyiv authorities. In this regard, we suggest that the European Union, instead of relaying unfounded accusations of Ukraine against Russia, pay due attention to Kyiv&#39;s inhumane actions to cut off the water and energy supply to Crimea&rdquo;,-&nbsp;Zaitsev said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, the Russian Foreign Ministry calls on the EU to abandon the flagrant practice of&nbsp;the so-called&nbsp;visa discrimination&nbsp;of&nbsp;Crimeans, which also directly contradicts the norms of international law and the fundamental documents of the European Union itself.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;Those Crimeans who have retained Ukrainian citizenship and apply for Ukrainian foreign passports do not need EU visas, since there is an association agreement between Ukraine and the EU, within the framework of which a visa-free regime is in force. Nobody invited Russia to Crimea, all the problems will be removed immediately after&nbsp;its de-occupation&rdquo;,-&nbsp;Eskender Bariiev
