“The head" of the Crimean parliament’s committee on public diplomacy and interethnic relations, Yuri Gempel, said that the delegation will be headed by  the European Parliament MP, member of the foreign affairs committee, president of the Franco-Russian Dialogue Association Thierry Mariani.<\/p>\n
